ORDER PROCESSING

 Please allow us 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Please note that some candles need more time than others to be ready and it can delay the processing time. Expect a confirmation email afterward to let you know your order is ready to be shipped, and depending on the type of shipping method you choose at the moment of the checkout, you will receive a tracking number.

SCHEDULE PICKUP 

Orders can be picked up from Monday - Friday between 9 am to 7 pm with a scheduled pickup time. If you choose this option, you will receive an email with the information and the time slots available when your order is ready for pickup. Our pickup point is in Midtown, Toronto. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipments.

 SHIPPING RATES 

All orders will be dispatched through Canada Post services from Toronto, ON.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 – 3 business days using Canada Post services. Delivery time may vary according to your location. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, according to Canada Post's pricing.
